Eleven days Waisai to Ambon passage – maximum six divers

Discover the amazing bio-diversity of the Coral Triangle as you sail from Waisai (Pulau Waigeo) in Raja Ampat to Ambon in the Moluku Islands.

This region is home to over three quarters of the world's living species of coral, over 3,000 different species of fish, and many other fascinating smaller species. It's considered the global center of marine biodiversity.

The variety of marine life you will see on this trip is mind-blowing. Prominent Icthyologist Doctor Jerry Allen reports that diving in Raja Ampat he had "the highest species count I’ve ever tallied on one dive, 374 distinct species in 90 minutes!”

Note: Booking price is per person for a shared cabin. Maximum 2 divers per cabin. Guests are requested to pay a harbor clearance and a Raja Ampat Marine Park entrance fee of € 150 per person to support management of the park.

Important: Due to the new local regulations we start our trips from now on in Waisai (Pulau Waigeo). This is an 2 hours ferry ride leaving from the harbor in Sorong. The guests will be picked up from the airport in Sorong and guided on the ferry to Waisai. We advise our guests to arrive at the Domine Eduard Osok airport in Sorong early in the morning of the first day of the trip, or if possible, the day before.

The schedule is an example of what islands and reefs we visit during this trip. So keep in mind that trips are sometimes affected by weather and sea conditions so please be prepared for last-minute changes to a planned route or activity.
