Seven Day Komodo Currents - Maximum Six Divers

Fly in the underwater currents of the Komodo with a cabin booking on the Mantra's 7 day current diving trip. Enjoy the spectacular scenery from aboard a luxurious motor-equipped sailing yacht as you travel from one mind-blowing dive site to the next.

You will dive thirteen different sites with currents varying from mild to very fast. Several of the sites are in the open ocean, so we'll have multiple opportunities to see pelagic species. The underwater topography of the area is fascinating, providing a dramatic backdrop for the many species we can see here.

Your trip will be focused on diving, but we will also have time to take a trek to look for Komodo Dragons and take in some panoramic views.

Note: Guests  must pay Komodo National Marine Park entrance fee of € 10 per person per day to support the management of the Park.

Partial Species List

Small stuff, big stuff, and everything in between - there are thousands of species swimming and wriggling in the waters of the Komodos. Here are a few of the more common ones.

Sharks, Spanish mackerel, tuna, sun fish, mantas, napoleons, dolphins, dugongs, coleman shrimps, crinoid shrimps, and other shrimps, ghost pipefish, zebra crabs, decorator crabs and many other crab species, moray eels, cuttlefish, feather stars, scorpion fish, frogfish, various species of octopus, fusiliers, surgeon fish, flatworms, turtles, sea snakes, bumphead parrotfish, nudibranches, seahorses, frogfish, cephalopods, waspfish, indian walkman and more.
